Five horses bred by Gallagher’s Stud graced the winner’s circle between August 18th – 24th. Sweet Mystery (’19 Cupid o/o Fanfire)
won her second level allowance race in the 7th race at Saratoga on August 24th just a few hours after Alterina (’20 Alternation o/o Adorina)
broke her maiden in the first race. Sweet Mystery, who races in Gallagher’s Stud colors, ran second earlier in the Saratoga meet.
Alterina is owned by Alan Brodsky.
Four days later Mudville Nine, three yr old brother to Sweet Mystery by Hard Spun, broke his maiden in Saratoga following an earlier
second at the meet. Mudville Nine is owned by the Elkstone Group. His victory was sandwiched between wins by Aftermath
(’19 Arrogate o/o Uchitel) on August 19th at Colonial Downs and Chic N Wilbur (’15 Animal Kingdom o/o Tulipmania) at
Presque Isle on August 24th. Congratulations to all!
